Ki Point
Ki Point is a class-specific resource for Monks.
Overview[edit | edit source]
Ki Points enable monks to use many monk specific abilities, like Actions, Bonus Actions, and Spell Slots.

Monks earn 1 maximum Ki Point per monk level, starting with 2 at level 1 and ending with 13 at level 12.

Recovering Ki Points[edit | edit source]
Ki Points recover fully on a Short Rest.
- Way of the Four Elements monks can use to regain half their maximum Ki Points (rounded down) per Long Rest.
- Way of the Open Hand monks can use once per Long Rest to recover half their maximum Ki Points, then 1 Ki point per round for three rounds.
- Way of the Drunken Master monks can use once per Long Rest by drinking alcohol to recover half their maximum Ki Points (rounded down).
- Sentient Amulet (Rare) recovers 2 Ki Points once per Long Rest. from the
