Raheni

Seawind Raheni is a Savage Seawind of Umberlee, found in Act Three.

Involvement

Raheni can be found in the Water Queen's Cellar in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate.

Hit an enemy with all your might to deal damage and possibly  Daze them.

CON Save

 Range: Normal weapon range

Recharge: Short rest

 Entangle ( + )

Vines sprout from the ground, turning it into  Difficult Terrain and possibly  Entangling creatures within.

Entangled creatures cannot move. An ally can use its help action to try and tear away the vines.

STR Save

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

AoE: 3 m / 10 ft (Radius)

 Ice Knife ( + )

Damage: 3~22

1d10Piercing

+ 2d6Cold

Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6Cold damage to anyone nearby. It leaves an  Ice surface. On miss, the shard of ice still explodes.

This spell can be cast while you are  Silenced.

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

AoE: 2 m / 7 ft (Radius)

 Main Hand Attack ()   –  Mace

Damage: 2~7

Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.

 Melee: 1.5 m / 5 ft

 Ray of Frost ()

Damage: 1~8

1d8Cold

Reduces the target's Movement Speed by 3 m / 10 ft.

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

  • Seawind Raheni: Swallowed a load of water, woke up with the Flood Tide standing over me. Done.
    • Seawind Raheni: How about yours?

Dark Breaker Gira: Started to panic, didn't I? Took three waveservants to hold me under.

• Dark Breaker Gira: Don't think they would've minded if I didn't wake up afterwards.
  • Dark Breaker Gira: Too bad for them I did.
    • Dark Breaker Elonia: Ah, but it was worth it in the end, wasn't it?
      • Dark Breaker Gira: Oh, aye - me and the Bitch Queen are best mates now.
        • Dark Breaker Gira: She's just a demanding lady. But so am I.

Seawind Raheni: Ain't that the truth?

• Dark Breaker Gira: Watch it, you - there's no guarantee Umberlee'll save you from a second drowning.
