Fist Healer Madstene is a dwarven healer and a member of the Flaming Fist. She can be found on the streets of the Lower City in Act Three.

Act Three[edit | edit source]

Fist Madstene is patrolling the streets of Lower City with Hextra Fist Hextra, Malayah Fist Malayah and a Steel Watcher Steel Watcher. Their route runs forth and back around the Elfsong Tavern (approximately between X: 33 Y: -9 and X: 58 Y: -32).

Madstene and her fellow Fists do not respond to any attempts to speak with them, regardless of whether the Steel Watch Foundry is intact or destroyed.
