Jepsen is stationed together with Fist Richter , Fist Mîran , Gauntlet Edwynna and a Steel Watcher at the South Span Checkpoint . They guard the actual entrance to the Wyrm's Crossing , preventing refugees from entering Baldur's Gate through it. Jepsen is reluctant to discuss anything with the party, sending them to the Gauntlet to ask whatever they want.
If the party gain access into the Wyrm's Crossing with the help of Ironhand gnomes, Jepsen chases them (to no avail) together with Fist Richter to the wooden footway edge where Manip Falcäo stands, and remains there for some time, trying to spy the gnomes out.
After gaining access into the Wyrm's Crossing (whichever way available) and taking a long rest, Jepsen treats the party as other citizens eligible to cross the checkpoint in any direction.
