Danzo can be found behind the counter in the main room of Sword Coast Couriers at X: 13 Y: 10. If spoken to, he expresses concern because the "rampaging fanatics on the road" make his work more difficult. He reveals that several messenger pigeons were killed, forcing him to hunt down the letters they were carrying. The player character can offer to search for the missing letters. This starts Find the Missing Letters.
