Saer Deelia is a human civilian who can be found near the Grey Harbour Docks in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate in Act Three.

Saer Deelia can be encountered alongside 
Fist Rockbothem, 
Fist Virry, 
Flaerian and 
Yeller Dawg, standing around a deactivated Steel Watcher only after the Steel Watch Foundry has been demolished.
When spoken to, she is disgusted by the smell coming from the Steel Watcher.
