Toadbreath is a Rivington refugee awaiting entry into Baldur's Gate. He previously wrote to Rakath Glitterbeard, head banker of The Counting House, to request the bank as guarantor for his possessions. However, Toadbreath was denied support on grounds of "policy", and continues to wait in Rivington.
