Chapter Three

Commander Lightfeather can be found in Rivington, on the upper floor of the Sword Coast Couriers building. When spoken to him using Speak with Animals, he will reveal that several carrier pigeons have gone missing while flying over the rooftop west of the Post House. He warns the player of the 'sign of the featherless wings', possibly referring to the symbol of Ilmater on the Open Hand Temple.

The player can find the remains of the missing pigeons on the roof of the tempe, evidently killed and devoured by Tara.

Notes

  • Talking to him in a respectful manner awards Inspiration to all characters with the Soldier background. (requires Speak with Animals)
