Smiley Gheef is a human merchant negotiating with Trader Djingo in the Grey Harbour Docks during Act Three.

Gheef can be seen attempting to haggle with Djingo in order to purchase saltpetre, a chemical used to make explosives for the upcoming fight. Unfortunately, Gheef fails to close a deal as Kaet Ling offers considerably more gold.
Gheef's attitude towards the party may change depending on the outcome of .
