Ptaris is a Githyanki located in the Society of Brilliance Lodge in the Lower City during Act Three. He will only be there if the stolen githyanki egg was given to Lady Esther as part of the quest Steal a Githyanki Egg.
Act Three
When the party meets Ptaris he is already fully grown. He will reveal that he was raised by Lady Esther and a dwarf named Havkelaag, who sped up his aging. Ptaris will have murdered both of them and will become aggressive to the party if failed to be convinced that the Ptarian code he was raised by was wrong.
Ptarian is a challenging fight. He is Level 12 and creates a number of projections of himself.
