Cilarea is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in the Abandoned Cistern in the Lower City Sewers during Act Three.

Involvement

Cilarea can be found guarding Sluice Gate in Abandoned Cistern with Barnz and Kevo Phogge. Getting close to her triggers a fight.
