Rycke can be found in Temple of Bhaal , standing alone. If talked with, he says that he looks forward to creating a poison tailored to the party member, or to watching the duel between the Dark Urge and Orin if talked to as the Dark Urge.
Later in the Act Three , if the Dark Urge accepts becoming Bhaal's chosen, he and Mitchia alongside with Sarevok Anchev can be found in the High Hall .
