Vampires are a type of non-playable Undead race in Baldur's Gate 3.

About Vampires

Vampires are one of the most feared and powerful undead. Vampires can turn other humanoids into Vampire Spawn by feeding on their blood, but in order to become a Vampire proper, the spawn must feed on their master's blood in turn.

Tactics

Vampires will regenerate health each turn with their Vampire Regeneration ability, and can also turn into a fog cloud which is resistant to damage. However, both of these abilities can be countered by exploiting their Sunlight Hypersensitivity, for instance; casting the level three evocation spell Daylight.

Notable Vampires

There is only one Vampire encountered in Baldur's Gate 3, all other vampires are Vampire Spawn.
