News Hawker Chalara is a human child who sells newspapers in Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Chalara can be found near the Blushing Mermaid tavern in the Lower City at X: -154 Y: -121. If the party ask about the "Bladder's Mouth Gazette", Chalara asks them not to tell Ettvard Needle because "he'd be ever so cross".
