Billyum is a Human child in the Graveyard of the Lower City in Act Three.

Act Three[edit | edit source]
Billyum can be found almost in the center of the Lower City Graveyard, across the Mortuary. He is grieving at the fresh grave of his mother Jasmine, who was murdered by the serial killer. He is talking to her as if she is still alive, and not to the party members.
If spoken to, Billyum says he is trying to get some blue flowers for his mother. If the Investigate the Murders quest is already resolved, he tells his mother "they got the bad man".
