You! Not another step, hear me?
Warryn, if approached by the party

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Act One[edit | edit source]

Warryn guards the Chapel Entrance with Gimblebock Gimblebock, Taman Taman, and Quelenna Quelenna. He maintains a vantage point over the area opposite of Quelenna.[1]

On approaching, Gimblebock automatically engages the party in conversation. The party can convince the looters to leave the area or attack them. Failing any of the dialogue checks causes them to attack.

Warryn keeps his lower face covered, but has marks on his face which are remarkably similar to the characteristic pattern of partial-illithid partial-illithid veins on of those undergoing ceremorphosis ceremorphosis. However, neither explanation is given or referred to in-game regarding his appearance, nor does he have any illithid-related powers.

  1. Warren chooses an unfortunate place to observe the Overgrown Ruins. If party members get close enough they can push him to the area below, prior to or during combat, hastening his demise.
