Is this attack melee only like divine smite?

Can it be upcast to do more damage?

Can it be cast from the reactions menu?

Yes, it is melee only
No, it can't be upcasted (that part is already shown in the "At higher levels" field)
No, it can't be used as a reaction
Yes, using this spell works with Extra Attack
