Slowed

• Movement Speed is halved
•  Armour Class and Dexterity Saving throws are reduced by 2
• Can only take an Action or a Bonus Action, not both
• Cannot take Reactions
• Cannot make  Extra Attacks or  Improved Extra Attacks
• Spells cast might be delayed for one turn^{[See: Bugs]}

Honour mode

• Slowed creatures cannot be  Hastened, and Slowing a creature will end Hastened.

 Loses duration: end of turn

Notes

• Prior to Patch 5, this condition reduced ALL saving throws by 2 instead of just Dexterity. This is fixed as of Patch 5.

Bugs

• The spell delay component of this effect from  Slow: Casting is non-functional and spells cast by slowed creatures will never be delayed.
