Gnoll Fang of Yeenoghu

From bg3.wiki

Gnoll Fang of Yeenoghu are a unique type of gnoll enemy in Act One. They are feral hyena-like humanoids that slaughter indiscriminately in an attempt to quell the insatiable hunger of their demonic creator, Yeenoghu.

The closest form of a cleric among gnolls, fangs of Yennoghu tap into the unholy powers of their demonic god to unleash soul sapping magic that weakens their prey.
