Frost of Dark Winter is a level 4 evocation spell. It is a variant of Kereska's Favour that allows its caster to imbue themselves with the power of ice and unlock resistances and spells associated with it. It is granted by Markoheshkir.

Description

Embrace Kereska's ice to gain resistance to Cold damage. Your cold spells deal additional Cold damage equal to your proficiency bonus.

When you deal spell damage, inflict 2 turns^{[See Notes]} of  Frost upon the target. While attuned to Kereska's ice you can cast  Cone of Cold and  Ice Storm each once each per short rest.

• Affected entity has resistance to Cold damage.
• Its cold spells deal additional damage equal to its proficiency bonus.
• When it deals spell damage, it inflicts 2 turns of Encrusted with Frost upon the target.
• While attuned to Kereska's ice, it can cast  Cone of Cold at 5th level and  Ice Storm at 4th level once per short rest.

Notes

• The in-game tooltip says this effect inflicts 1 turn of Encrusted with Frost, but it actually inflicts 2 turns.
• Applying Encrusted with Frost can only occur once per attack. A spell hitting multiple targets like  Cone of Cold will only apply the condition to a single target.
