Feona

Death's Head of Bhaal Feona is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in the High Security Vaults in The Counting House in the Lower City.

Involvement

During the  The High Harper quest, the party can go to the Counting House in hopes of catching up to Minsc. Inside the vaults, the party can witness Minsc emerge from a Mimic and defeat it. 'Jaheira' then appears with a handful of Bhaalists including Feona, and teleports away with Minsc, leaving the cultists to attack the party and the staff.

Undead and Constructs can't receive Gaping Wounds.

 Stunning Gaze ()

Targets one creature it can see within 18 m / 60 ft. The target must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or be  Stunned until the end of its next turn. Tactician difficulty: This action does not require concentration.
