Stunning Gaze is an action used by Bhaalists and also granted by  A Most Bloody Inheritance.

Description

Targets one creature it can see within  Range: 18 m / 60 ft. The target must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or be  Stunned until the end of its next turn.

• Affected creature automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws.

• Removed by Freedom of Movement, Greater Restoration, Unshackling Strike.
