Igniting Spark is a level 4 evocation spell. This spell is available only to Raphael, and deals fire damage and creates a Hellfire Surface for one turn. It can also be used as a 
Bonus action when expending a soul charge. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Launch a mote of infernal flame to set a target alight and Burn it.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
