Igniting Spark

Igniting Spark is a level 4 evocation spell. This spell is available only to Raphael, and deals fire damage and creates a Hellfire surface for one turn. It can also be used as a Bonus action when expending a soul charge. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Launch a mote of infernal flame to set a target alight and  Burn it.

Deals 6d6 Fire damage per turn that ignores Resistances and Immunities.
