Throat Punch is a unique weapon action used by Strangler Luke. It allows him to possibly Daze Daze, Silence Silence, and knock an enemy Prone Prone.

Description

Throw a ki-empowered punch to a foe's throat, wounding and possibly Dazing Dazing them, knocking them Prone Prone, and Silencing Silencing them.
