The Dead Eyes are a group of mercenaries that occupy Old Garlow's Place and attack the party on sight.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
They can only be encountered if the party never entered Auntie Ethel's teahouse in the Putrid Bog and thus Mayrina is never saved from Auntie Ethel, so she could not be around to form the Anti-Hag Support Group.
