Notes
- The cloak ability is also triggered via cantrip casting.
- Spells with attack rolls or saving throws will trigger the cloak effect even if they fail.
- The melee part of the description means, that the wearer of the cloak must be under
condition. Enemies equipped with ranged weapons do not impose this condition.
