  • Vecna is a legendary lich ascended to godhood. His severed left hand and left eye are incredibly powerful magical artifacts - the Hand of Vecna and the Eye of Vecna. Due to their legendary status a number of copycat fake items appeared, and "The Other Hand of Vecna" is definitely one of them.
