Update for tactician tag on HP for characters

Seems you can add the T^Tactician tag to an HP value to indicate it's tactician only, much like passives. Might be worth adding this to the template too. My suggestion for style would be following:
|HP = 52/52 <break> 67/67T^Tactician

So it displays regular HP in one line and tactician HP in another.
