Does this cantrip activate bonuses from the Necklace of elemental augmentation?

Cantrip or Level 3 Spell?

The game used to consider Activate Call Lightning as a cantrip. Has this been changed/fixed, since this page now states that it is a Level 3 Conjuration Spell, like Call Lightning itself? - A

Hi there! Thanks for letting me know! Do you know if they also fixed 'Activate Call Lightning' using the Spellcasting Modifier of the last class multiclassed into, like a spell granted by an item, instead of the Spellcasting Modifier which was used for the initial cast? - A
