Rend the enemy's body and soul, dealing additional Psychic damage equal to your proficiency bonus, and possibly  Stun them.

Notes

• The githyanki-exclusive bonuses can also be enabled by using  Disguise Self. However, the wearer must be disguised before equipping the weapon for this to work. It is possible to remove the disguise after equipping the weapon and keep the githyanki bonus.
