Soul Drain

Soul Drain is a level 6 spell. It is a free action available to Raphael that lets him restore hit points and deal Necrotic damage to creatures that are stunned by  Punish Divinity. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Drain the life force of an  Infernally Stunned creature, restoring your hit points by half the damage dealt.

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

Targets:  Infernally Stunned creature

Recharge: Per turn

At higher levels

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
