Description
Call forth a storm that douses fire, creates an Ice surface, and forces spellcasters to succeed at a Saving throw in order to maintain Concentration.

- Class level 5: Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard, Nature Domain (Domain Spell), Tempest Domain (Domain Spell), and Circle of the Land (Arctic or Coast)
- Class level 6: Storm Sorcery, and College of Lore (via Magical Secrets)
- Class level 10: Bard (via Magical Secrets)
Other ways to learn:
- Wizards with Level 3 Spell Slots can scribe a Scroll of Sleet Storm to their spellbooks.
Notes
- damage burns away the surface for the turn. If the caster continues to concentrate, the ice surface forms again the following turn.
- The DC of the saving throw to break Concentration uses the spellcasting modifier of the most recently acquired spellcasting class rather than the spellcasting modifier that was used for the initial casting of Sleet Storm.
- The incantation for Sleet Storm is Impero Tibi, Latin for "I command you".
