Sense Hidden Presence is an uncategorized action available to all NPCs. They will use it with an available bonus action when in combat with an invisible or similarly hidden enemy.

Search for Invisible creatures, possibly revealing them to others.

• Searching for Invisible creatures within  Range: 3 m / 10 ft
• Creatures must make a Dexterity saving throw or become  Revealed. Uses the affected entity's Spell Save DC.
