Extract Brain is an action action and illithid power available to Full-illithids. This ability lets a mind flayer try to extract the brain of an unconscious or stunned creature, dealing massive damage and healing itself.

Description

Lobotomize a nearby creature that is Stunned, Prone, Sleeping, or Unconscious.

  • Compared with Extract Brain Extract Brain, the NPC variant of this action, this version can additionally target Prone Prone creatures. It also does 5d10 + 50PiercingPiercing instead of 10d10PiercingPiercing damage.
