Draining Kiss is a class action available to Haarlep. It allows him to deal heavy Psychic damage to charmed enemies.

Description

Lay a deadly kiss upon a foe  Charmed by your  Incubus Charm.

On a failed save, the target receives  Sumptuously Drained. On a successful save, it receives  Drained.
