Act Three[edit | edit source]

Hoots Hooligan sells a variety of alcoholic beverages. She tells the party that her most recent invention, Hoots' Hooch, can "beef them up" or "sharpen their tongue", or it could drop anyone in the blink of an eye. The party can choose to take their chances at which point Hoots will offer a taste for free, granting the following inspiration:
