Anderson is standing at the gallows outside of the Basilisk Gate Barracks. He only appears in the game if Councillor Florrick is executed. He and Fist Williams are tasked with guarding Florrick's body as a measure of increased security.
Unlike Williams, Anderson clearly does not approve Florrick's execution, and claims that she did not deserve such an end. He is surprised if the party manage to steal the counsellor's body, but reacts much calmer than his fellow Fist, taking his omission as a sign of fate.
↑ While Anderson belongs to the "Flaming Fist Wizard" archetype and has ability scores and amount of spell slots due to a halfling caster of his level, he lacks any spells common either for other in-game Flaming Fist wizards or for halfling wizards (to compare, see Elindale)
members of the Flaming Fist who might be encountered throughout the game. The other one is Fist Fernhollow, who can be encountered guarding Audience Hall in Wyrm's Rock Fortress at the ceremony of Enver Gortash being ordained as an Archduke of Baldur's Gate.
