Merge with passive feature page?[edit source]

I recently made same edits to this page to keep it in sync with Tides of Chaos (passive feature) and I'm noticing that both of these pages contain essentially the exact same information. Is it useful to have both of them separately? I think it would make sense to merge them. I understand that the passive feature and reaction are technically two separate mechanics, but we could juts say that the page is about the effect, not the way the effect is triggered, and add a note that there are 2 different triggers for the effect (the passive and the reaction).

And if we're going to do that it's worth considering the Tides of Chaos (Condition) page, which contains technical information unique to passives. Perhaps we could have separate subsections for information unique to the passive/reaction/condition under the page "Tides of Chaos" and then have pages like "Tides of Chaos (passive feature)" redirect to the relevant subsection?

A lot of these pages are meant to match the in-game code (especially their descriptions), which is why they are that way. Also, these page generating templates are also used to insert data into a table so they can't be combined per se. HiddenDragon (talk) 19:31, 27 January 2025 (CET)Reply
