Notes
- The boots effect is trigger even by casting concentration cantrips, like True Strike or Resistance.
- The effect isn't trigger by most concentrations spells allowing free recast. Tested with: Hex, Hunter's Mark, Moonbeam, Heat Metal, Call Lightning and Vampiric Touch.
- The exception known to trigger this ability multiple times is Cloudkill. You can move the cloud every turn without expending spell slots and trigger this ability.
