Notes
- The bomb can be thrown as an action.
- The bomb does not explode unless it is ignited or its health reaches 0.
- This item has nearly identical stats to the Runepowder Barrels which can be found nearby, including the absolutely enormous blast radius.
- Expected damage to a character caught in the blast is ~85 points of force damage, or half that if the character passes a Dexterity saving throw.
- This item is exceptionally effective at destroying the Soul Pillars in the House of Hope and the traps in Gortash's office in upper Wyrm's Rock Fortress, if deployed carefully.
- Using the runepowder bomb to destroy the Steel Watch Foundry grants the inspiration to party members with the background.
