Rowan is a Flaming Fist killed by a githyanki patrol on the Risen Road at X: -148 Y: 569.

Rowan is first seen as part of a squad of Flaming Fists opposing a githyanki patrol along the Risen Road, on a bridge near the Mountain Pass entrance.
Faced with githyanki, Gauntlet Dion demands them to drop their weapons, but is swiftly rebuked by their leader Sarth Baretha. Before the Fists can respond, Qudenos swoops in from overhead and incinerates both the Fists and the nearby bridge.

- Rowan cannot be looted, as he dies during the cutscene and his corpse cannot be found.
- Rowan cannot be interacted with, attacked, or even killed with Area of Effect attacks during the cutscene. Aiming at him simply shows an Invalid Target! prompt.
- None of the Flaming Fist Mercenary corpses by the destroyed bridge resemble him or any of his squad.
- Rowan shares his name with another Flaming Fist in Act Three, that being Fist Rowan.
