Notes

  • The duration of Bane Bane is 2 turns. It does not stack by additional applications, but its duration can be renewed.
  • The Bane Bane effect applied by this weapon is the same as the Bane Bane spell and does not stack.
  • Because of the bug listed below, the Battle Master Fighter's Sweeping Attack Sweeping Attack applies this debuff to every target within the cone's area of effect, hit or miss.
  • Many situations increase the self-damage dealt by this axe:
  • Effects which reduce incoming piercing damage reduce the self-inflicted damage.
  • If at 50% health or higher, the wielder suffers self-damage even if the target dies from the axe blow.

Bugs

  • Although the description for The Scourge Mistress' Bane states it only has a "chance to inflict" Bane Bane on a hit, it always does.
  • If at 50% health or higher and an enemy is knocked out by Non-Lethal Damage Non-Lethal Damage with this axe, the wielder is also knocked out, even at full HP.
