Mapped Terror: Powerlessness is a level 4 illusion spell. This spell frightens a target with the inexorable terror of darkness, draining them of physical strength. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

• Deal only half damage with weapon attacks that use Strength. At the end of each turn, the affected creature can make a Constitution Saving throw to end this condition.

• The affected creature cannot move. Frightened creatures also have Disadvantage on Ability checks and Attack rolls.
