Ghoulish Touch

Ghoulish Touch is a level 1 necromancy spell. This spell is only found granted by Ring of Exalted Marrow. It allows the user to attack a target and possibly  Paralyse them.

Description

Lash out with deadly claws and possibly  Paralyse the target.

Elves and undead cannot be Paralysed by this attack.^{[See: Bugs]}

• The affected creature cannot move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions.
• The affected creature automatically fails all Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
• Attack rolls against the affected creature automatically succeed.
• Any Attack roll made against The affected creature by an attacker within 3 m / 10 ft is an automatic Critical Hit.
