Draining Kiss

Draining Kiss is a class action available to Cambions. It allows them to deal heavy Psychic damage to charmed enemies.

Description

Lay a deadly kiss upon a foe  Charmed by your  Fiendish Charm.

The Charmed condition will end if the target takes damage from your tainted lips.
