Slow: Casting is a passive feature applied to a target afflicted with 
and is a component of the Slow effect.
Description
If you cast a spell that costs 1 
Action, roll a d20. On 11 or higher, you hang in prepare phase and skip turn. On your next turn you must spend an action point and finish casting. If you don't have an action point, the spell is cancelled.
