Cillian is standing near the northern corner of the Sharess' Caress building, talking to Surixana. He has been recommended to buy a certain medicine from her that might do some "pleasurable assistance". However, he is utterly uneasy about exposing his need to a stranger, and feels embarassed to call things for what they are.
