Lorin

Lorin is one of Auntie Ethel's victims. He is found in the Entrance Gallery of the Overgrown Tunnel shouting to stay back, and not to look. Lorin came to Auntie Ethel to look into his future and see what life path to pick.

Overview

If Lorin is spoken to while Auntie Ethel still lives, he tries to avoid looking at the party. However, he turns eventually if the party continues to speak to him. Lorin panics that the talking party member is a monster, seeing them as a Mind Flayer.

If talked with after killing Auntie Ethel, Lorin remembers seeing the talking party member as a Mind Flayer and runs away. If the party did not speak to him before killing Auntie Ethel, he is more reasonable, yet still scared.

Attacks and Abilities

 Main Hand Attack ()   –  Halberd

Normal weapon damage Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.

 Sweeping Attack ()

Superiority Die Weapon damage Swing your weapon in a rapid, sweeping arc to attack multiple enemies at once. Roll your superiority die for damage.

AoE: 2 m / 7 ft (Cone)

• Party member: What can you tell me about the hag?
  • Lorin: ... she gives you... exactly what... was promised...

• Party member: Do you regret making a deal with the hag?
  • Lorin: Making a... deal? Yes. Being... here...? No.
    • Lorin: Here... I couldn't see it... couldn't see... my family... dead and rotten.
