The Decrepit Sanctuary (also known as the Druid Sanctuary) is a Location within the Sunlit Wetlands in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. It is a secluded island with a massive tree stump in the center, infested with Ancient Mud Mephits and Wood Woads.

Overview edit

If the illusion over the Sunlit Wetlands is not dispelled, this area is known as the Druid Sanctuary.

To reach the Sanctuary, the party must Jump Jump across a chain of small islands. At the farthest, largest island, the party members are likely attacked by ancient mud mephits and wood woads. The surrounding Difficult Terrain includes deep water, Entangling Entangling vines, and mud. The mephits create more mud patches through their Death Burst Death Burst.

Following the quest Investigate Kagha Investigate Kagha leads the party to this location, which contains evidence of her conspiracy with the Shadow Druids.
